FEELING OVERWHELMED?

A quick scroll through social media gives the impression that everyone has it together. Keep scrolling and all kinds of motivational messages surge about how important ‘selfcare’ is, but who seriously has the time for such privileges!?

That is why I believe Individuals are in need of more than just superficial, look-good feel-good techniques, when caring for their physical appearance; however, a major issue is that most people do not have the time to care for both their mental health as well as their physical appearance/maintenance, if they are privileged with such resources. This is why I am providing a ‘two in one’ service: a therapeutic hairstyling experience. That is right! I am offering both professional counselling as well as a hairstyle at the same time.

As a Master Social Worker and Hairstylist, who is certified in Addictions and Trauma Informed Reduction therapy, I am passionate about individuals 'wholistic' wellbeing. Through my therapeutic hairstyling service, I believe that I can revolutionize the way people experience self-care.
